About TechGlobe

What we do

We started TechGlobe in 2025 to build tools we wanted for our own work and couldn't find at a fair price. Each product handles one job, such as knowing when a server goes down or turning tracked hours into an invoice, and tries to do it better than a general-purpose tool would.

Our web products are sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions to businesses and independent professionals. Vireo Player is a desktop application sold to individuals for a single payment. We don't sell advertising and we don't sell customer data.

How the company is set up

TechGlobe LLC is a limited liability company organised in the State of Montana, United States. Our registered office is in Helena, Montana. Product development, customer support and day-to-day operations are run from our office in Kurunegala, Sri Lanka.

Customers buy from TechGlobe LLC, the US entity, which issues every invoice and receipt. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We never handle or store full card numbers.

Who we sell to

• Small and mid-sized businesses, agencies and software teams (Pulseboard, Hourline, Kitebase)
• Freelancers and consultants (Hourline)
• Individuals who watch and listen to their own media collections (Vireo Player)
