Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes things you may not do with TechGlobe products. It applies to everyone who uses Pulseboard, Hourline, Kitebase or Vireo Player, and is part of our Terms of Service.

You may not use the Products to

  • Break any law, or help someone else break the law.
  • Store or share content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
  • Store or share content that sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or terrorism, or harasses people.
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, including through status page subscriptions or invoice emails.
  • Create invoices for fraudulent, deceptive or non-existent goods or services.
  • Phish, distribute malware, or impersonate another person or company.
  • Monitor or load-test systems you don't own or have permission to test.
  • Collect personal data about others without a lawful basis.

You may not misuse our systems by

  • Trying to access accounts, data or systems that aren't yours.
  • Probing, scanning or testing our systems for vulnerabilities, except under our published security disclosure rules.
  • Overloading our infrastructure, including through automated requests beyond documented API limits.
  • Reselling, sublicensing or sharing accounts or license keys, except as your plan allows.
  • Circumventing license checks, usage limits or billing.

Vireo Player

Vireo Player is for playing media you have the right to play. It does not decrypt copy-protected content and must not be modified to do so.

What happens if this policy is broken

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break this policy. Where possible we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Serious or illegal violations may be reported to the authorities.
