Which currency do you charge in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank may convert the amount into your local currency and charge a conversion fee.
Are taxes included?
Prices exclude sales tax, VAT and GST. If tax applies where you are, it is calculated from your billing address and shown at checkout before you pay. Businesses with a valid VAT ID can enter it to apply the reverse charge.
How does the free trial work?
Paid SaaS plans include a 14-day trial with every feature of the plan. We do not ask for a card to start a trial. You are only charged if you choose a plan and enter payment details.
When am I charged?
Monthly plans renew on the same day each month, yearly plans on the same date each year. We email a receipt for every payment and a reminder 7 days before each yearly renewal.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings → Billing in the product and choose Cancel subscription, or email billing@techglobellc.com. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yearly plans over $500 can be paid by bank transfer against an invoice. Write to billing@techglobellc.com with your company details.
