Does Hourline process payments from my clients?
No. Hourline creates and sends invoices. Your clients pay you directly using the payment details you put on the invoice. We never hold your clients' money.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who can sign in and track time. Clients who only view invoices or the client portal are free and unlimited.
Can I keep my old invoice numbers?
Yes. Set the next invoice number and the prefix in settings, and Hourline continues the sequence.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything before you cancel. After cancellation, your workspace stays read-only for 30 days and is then deleted.
