This Privacy Policy explains how TechGlobe LLC collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit techglobellc.com or use our Products. TechGlobe LLC is the data controller for the personal data described here. For Customer Content you upload to Pulseboard, Hourline or Kitebase, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf.
1. Data we collect

We do not collect full card numbers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. Vireo Player does not send information about the files you play.
2. How we use it, and our legal basis
- To provide the Products and manage your account (performance of a contract).
- To take payments, issue invoices and prevent fraud (contract and legal obligation).
- To provide support and send service emails, such as receipts and security notices (contract).
- To improve the Products using aggregated usage data (legitimate interests).
- To send product news, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
- To meet legal duties, such as tax record-keeping (legal obligation).
3. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Products, including:
- Payment processors, to take payments and prevent fraud
- Cloud hosting and database providers
- Email delivery providers, for transactional and support email
- Error monitoring and analytics tools that we configure without advertising features
Each provider is bound by a contract that limits its use of the data to providing services to us. We may also disclose data if required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, with notice to you. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
4. International transfers
TechGlobe is registered in the United States and our team works from Sri Lanka. Your data may be processed in the United States, the European Union, Sri Lanka and other countries where our providers operate. Where data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
5. How long we keep it
- Account and Customer Content: while your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of closure (backups within a further 30 days).
- Billing records: 7 years, to meet tax and accounting laws.
- Support conversations: 3 years after the last message.
- Server logs: 30 days.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email privacy@techglobellc.com. We respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and logging to protect your data. See our Security page for details. No system is completely secure, and we will notify you and the relevant authorities of a data breach as required by law.

9. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If changes are material, we will email account holders before they take effect.
