Billing questions
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts without payment details. You choose a plan when the trial ends.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Switching to yearly takes effect immediately with a prorated credit. Switching to monthly applies at the end of your yearly term.
How do refunds work?
New subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment. After that, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Orders placed on this site are confirmed with an invoice from TechGlobe LLC, payable by card or bank transfer. Yearly plans can also be paid by bank transfer on request.
